Check-in procedure

Check-in with a welcome from us is possible until 17.00, A Small Hotel does not have a reception or lobby, our office is in the building next door at 94 Witte de Withstraat, from here we will check you in and walk you over to the hotel at number 92.

You can Check-in to your room from 15.00. If you arrive early then you can leave your luggage in the office. When possible we will take you to your room before 15.00 if it is available.

Self check-in: If you are arriving after 17.00 at A Small Hotel, we offer a unique self check-in procedure with two codes. These codes are sent to you via sms text or email, and let you into the hotel with a front door code, and a second for the locker where you will find your keycard. This way you are not restricted to any check-in times and you can enter your comfortable room at any time.

Cancellations: Cancellation with out cost is not possible for all Bookings made during the Tour de France and the North Sea Jazz festival and any cancellations not will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellations made 31 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 15% of the total booking costs. Cancellations made 14 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 35% of the total booking costs. Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 60% of the total booking costs. Cancellations made 3 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 85% of the total booking costs. Cancellations made 1 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 100% of the total booking costs.
