Cancellation with out cost is not possible for all Bookings made during the Rotterdam Film Festival and the North Sea Jazz festival and any cancellations will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellations made 31 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 15% of the total booking costs.

Cancellations made 14 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 35% of the total booking costs.

Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 60% of the total booking costs.

Cancellations made 3 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 85% of the total booking costs.

Cancellations made 1 days before arrival will be charged a fee of 100% of the total booking costs.

Op alle door ons aangegane overeenkomsten zijn van toepassing de Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca (UVH). Deze liggen bij ons ter inzage en worden op verzoek onverwijld kosteloos toegezonden. De UVH zijn bindend voor iedereen die van onze diensten gebruik maakt.
